Project Overview
Insurance teams regularly receive vehicle-related documents such as RC books, driving licences, estimates, and invoices in different formats, including scanned documents, screenshots, photographs, and mobile images. Processing these documents manually can be time-consuming, particularly when documents are unclear or written in different languages.
We developed an AI-assisted vehicle policy and survey report automation system to simplify this document-processing workflow. The system automatically reads uploaded documents, identifies important information, extracts relevant data, organizes it into predefined formats, and generates ready-to-use survey and policy reports. The solution reduces repetitive manual data entry, improves processing efficiency, and helps insurance teams handle vehicle documentation more consistently.
