Project Overview
A healthcare-focused organization wanted to create a digital platform to manage a large-scale Ayurveda event aimed at students, practitioners, and doctors. The goal was to simplify delegate registration, exhibitor participation, payment collection, and event communication through a centralized website and admin panel.
We developed a centralized ASP.NET-based admin panel connected with a The platform allows delegates and exhibitors to register online, pay their fees securely, and receive event confirmations digitally. Delegates are classified into four categories—UG Scholars/Interns, PG Scholars, Practitioners/Medical Officers, and General Indian Delegates—each with specific pricing. Exhibitors can also register for stalls, and their details and payments are tracked through the system.
An automated email system sends delegates a confirmation containing their delegate code, QR code for entry, and event details. The admin panel empowers the event team to monitor delegate registrations, payment statuses, exhibitor listings, and manage the website gallery.
