Project Overview

A leading leather manufacturer wanted to digitize their entire ecosystem with a custom software solution to manage dealers, distributors, orders, and stock more efficiently. Their existing manual processes created challenges in handling dealer pricing, credit cycles, order tracking, and inventory management. To address this, we built a centralized web application for the manufacturer, along with dedicated apps for distributors and dealers, enabling seamless operations across the supply chain.

The solution included a rack-and-box based inventory system, automated order management, credit and purchase tracking, and real-time analytics for data-driven decisions. Distributors can now manage dealers, credits, and orders easily, while dealers get a simplified platform to purchase leather products directly.
