Project Overview
This platform is designed for motels to register their domains, IP addresses, and connected devices within their premises. Automated scraping and cron jobs run every 30 minutes to check device health. If an error is detected, the system generates a support ticket, attempts automatic resolution, and restarts the device if necessary.
The solution also supports manual ticket creation, enabling staff to report issues outside of automated monitoring. By combining IoT device health checks with ticket-based error handling, the platform ensures continuous service availability for motel operations.
