Project Overview

A logistics and transport company required a comprehensive system to manage end-to-end transport operations, from registering stakeholders to generating invoices and freight documents. Their existing process was manual and spreadsheet-driven, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and difficulty in tracking transport records.

We developed a centralized ASP.NET-based admin panel connected with a The platform allows delegates and exhibitors to register online, pay their fees securely, and receive event confirmations digitally. Delegates are classified into four categories—UG Scholars/Interns, PG Scholars, Practitioners/Medical Officers, and General Indian Delegates—each with specific pricing. Exhibitors can also register for stalls, and their details and payments are tracked through the system.

We developed a robust ASP.NET-based admin panel to centralize transport management. The system allows users to register companies, depots, customers, consignors, consignees, vehicles, drivers, labors, transporters, divisions, and division factors. It also manages the full workflow from invoices to lorry receipts, dispatch challans, and freight memos, while enabling seamless import/export of transport data in multiple formats.
